Through the booking process, customers can include a wine tourism service and any available extras. Once the selection is complete, they will proceed to provide personal data (depending on the service) to finalize the payment step. Payment details are not stored on this site and are managed by the financial entity in charge (Redsys or Bizum). Before making the payment, customers are advised to carefully read the specific terms and conditions of each service, which outline the individual cancellation and modification policies.
Through the cancellation or modification process, customers may change the date of the experience or reduce the number of reserved spots (free of charge, provided it is within the established timeframe). It is not possible to increase the number of spots; to do so, a new booking must be made. If the reduction of spots involves a refund, it will be processed automatically to the customer’s card or Bizum account.
If you have purchased our wine tourism experience gift service or received it as a gift, please note that the gift is subject to the right of NO withdrawal by default. Changes or refunds for the purchase are not allowed. For any date changes, the system permits unlimited modifications, provided availability exists. However, if BODEGAS DAVID MORENO cannot provide the service, a full or partial refund of the purchase amount will be issued. This is applicable if the booking at the winery cannot be fulfilled within the initially planned period, without prejudice to claims under applicable civil and commercial laws.
