THE PHILOSOPHY

To be open for our clients has always been the philosophy of the winery. The term Wine Tourism has always had a special meaning for David Moreno, because for us it has been important even when it was not something usual at all. Now our winery is one of the leaders in this field.

Location

1991- 1998- 2013 are the years in which our cellars were born. The undergroud cellars with clay and stone walls called “Don Pociano” (1991), “La Gran Cueva” (1997), and “Abuelo Damian” (2013), give to our wines the best conditions of temperature and humidity that are necessary for its correct ageing and conservation in the bottle. There is a corner in “La Gran Cueva” where we will find “El Santuario Vobiscum” (the Vobiscum Sanctuary), a lattice space that keeps a small lot of barriques of the best French oak, where our Vobiscum is aged, signature wine. From the garden of the centenary olive trees and the shop to the cellars, the walk through the winery will show the visitor many corners and spots that speak about our history, culture and passion of David Moreno about wine.
